SECTION 1 — INTRODUCTION

This Refund Policy explains how billing, cancellations, and refunds work for ServiceIQ Pro (“ServiceIQ Pro,” “we,” “our,” “us”). By subscribing to our platform, you agree to the terms outlined below.

ServiceIQ Pro is a software-as-a-service (SaaS) platform that provides CRM, automation, and AI-powered business tools. Because the platform is accessible immediately upon purchase, specific refund limitations apply.

SECTION 2 — GENERAL REFUND POLICY

All subscription fees are non-refundable.

This includes:

  • Monthly subscriptions

  • Annual subscriptions

  • Setup fees

  • Add-on purchases

  • AI credit usage

  • SMS/Email usage charges

  • Missed-call text-back or communication usage credits

Once your subscription is active, refunds are not granted except where required by law.

SECTION 3 — MONTHLY SUBSCRIPTIONS

Monthly plans are non-refundable.

Your subscription remains active until the end of your current billing period.

If you cancel:

  • Your account stays active until the end of the paid period

  • No partial refunds are issued

  • No proration is available

You may cancel at any time, but cancellation must occur before the next billing date to avoid charges for the next cycle.

SECTION 4 — ANNUAL SUBSCRIPTIONS

Annual plans offer a discounted rate and are non-refundable once purchased.

If you cancel an annual plan:

  • The subscription remains active until the end of the prepaid term

  • No refunds or credits are issued for unused time

  • Renewal can be prevented by canceling before the next renewal date

SECTION 5 — SETUP FEES

The one-time setup fee is non-refundable, as this work begins immediately and includes:

  • A2P registration

  • Domain + email configuration

  • CRM setup

  • Pipeline configuration

  • Initial workflows

  • Custom settings required to activate your account

SECTION 6 — CANCELLATION POLICY (YOUR REQUIRED CLAUSE)

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your billing portal or by contacting support.

Important:

To avoid being billed for the next cycle:

➡️ Cancellation must be submitted before the next billing date.

Once canceled:

  • Your account stays active until the end of the current billing period

  • You retain access to all features until that date

  • No refunds are issued

  • No retroactive cancellations are permitted

If cancellation occurs on or after the billing date, the charge for that period is valid and non-refundable.

SECTION 7 — FAILED PAYMENTS & ACCOUNT SUSPENSION

If your payment method fails:

  • The system will retry charges automatically

  • Your account may enter a grace period

  • After repeated failures, your account may be suspended

Suspension does not qualify for refunds.

You must update your payment method to restore access.

SECTION 8 — RENEWAL POLICY

All subscriptions renew automatically:

  • Monthly plans renew every 30 days

  • Annual plans renew every 12 months

To stop renewal, you must cancel before the renewal date.
We send reminder emails for annual renewals when possible, but this is not guaranteed.

SECTION 9 — AI FEATURES, CREDITS & USAGE-BASED CHARGES

The following items are not refundable:

  • SMS credits

  • Email credits

  • AI Employee usage

  • Conversation AI usage

  • Voice AI usage

  • Extra user charges

  • Overages billed during your subscription period

Credits are allocated monthly and do not roll over unless explicitly stated.

SECTION 10 — CHARGEBACKS & DISPUTES

Initiating a chargeback does not cancel your subscription.

If a chargeback occurs:

  • Your account may be suspended

  • All automations may stop immediately

  • Outstanding balances may be forwarded for collection

We always recommend contacting support first to resolve billing questions.

SECTION 11 — DATA AFTER CANCELLATION

Once your subscription ends:

  • You may lose access to your CRM, automations, files, and data

  • Your account may be permanently deleted 30–60 days after cancellation

  • Deleted data cannot be recovered

You are responsible for exporting data before cancellation.

Can I cancel anytime?

Yes. You may cancel at any time from your billing portal.

If I cancel, do I get a refund?

No. Refunds are not provided for canceled subscriptions.

If I forget to cancel before renewal, can I get a refund?

No. Charges that occur before cancellation are valid and non-refundable.

Will my account end immediately when I cancel?

No. You keep access until your current billing period ends.

Can I pause my subscription?

Pausing is not available at this time.

Are setup fees refundable?

No — the setup work begins immediately.

What happens to my data after cancellation?

It may be deleted after 30–60 days, and recovery is not guaranteed.
